We offer "fixed" legal costs’ packages in certain areas of our law practice to clients in all States and Territories of Australia (New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, ACT, Northern Territory and Western Australia). We can accept instructions by video link using Skype, and/or by telephone or meeting. The packages in general include all our legal time, conferences (in person, on Skype or telephone), preparation of the paperwork, archiving important deeds at our offices, office disbursements such as copying, faxes and phone calls; but don’t include disbursements such as filing fees and government departmental charges for which you have to pay separately, generally upon lodgment or filing. Where there are other parties involved, such as a spouse, and they will require their own lawyer for "independent legal advice" to create a binding deed, or even for their own purposes, we can give you a list of other lawyers. We will provide a more detailed description of the particular package. Prices and details are subject to change and are indicative only, and are subject to our costs' agreement and disclosure. These are not all of the fixed costs packages which we can offer, so enquire about our other fixed costs' packages if you don't see one that fits your situation. |
